Do you know about the "Hato Bus"?
The Hato Bus is an ideal tour for those who want to enjoy Tokyo's sights freely. Maybe it's your first time to Japan and you only have a limited amount of time, or you are not sure how to go about seeing Tokyo's sights, or maybe you are on a business trip and find that you have some free time – in all of these cases, we highly recommend you take a Hato Bus tour.
The Hato Bus is a regular sightseeing bus service which runs every day (apart from certain, specified days) even if there is only one passenger, so you never have to worry about the tour being cancelled and you won't waste any of the time on your stay. Hato Bus also offers a range of tours, so you can select one that matches your budget and timeframe. The various tours we offer include walking tours, half day tours and whole day tours with a stop for lunch. For those who want to enjoy Tokyo by night, we also offer a Geisha tour, a Yakatabune tour and a night view tour. Unlike the “whistle-stop” tours that you so often see these days which only take in the famous sights and are set to really tight schedules , our tours are designed to be “leisurely” and “thorough” while still being compact, so are ideal for first-timers.
Here are some details of tours we particularly recommended, including the "DYNAMIC TOKYO" one day tour, the "CITYRAMA TOKYO MORNING" half day tour, the "EDO TOKYO FULL DAY" walking tour, and the "TOKYO NIGHTLIFE" evening tour.

We offer many other tours in addition to the ones listed above. Every one of our tours is led in a professional manner by licensed interpreter guides with a high standard of knowledge about Japanese history and culture. We also provide a free transportation service (to 41 city hotels in Tokyo and Tokyo Station) for customers who participate in the tour (reservations required). This service means first-time visitors to Japan don’t have to worry about travelling on JR, the subway or other forms of public transport.
Reservations for the transportation service and tours can be made from the 1st day of the month 2 months in advance of the tour, right up until the day of the tour itself (except for times when the bus is fully booked). So if you suddenly find you have some free time and want to go on a tour, you are never too late. For example, you might arrive at Haneda Airport early in the morning and find you have some time to kill until you can check in at your hotel. Why not spend that time enjoyably by joining our morning half day tour? If you want to make a reservation over the phone, we have staff who can speak English and Chinese as well as Japanese. Alternatively you can make reservations over the internet by visiting our website.
